So, here's my list of (somewhat) fitness related goals:
Run a 5K(Completed the Women's Distance Festival 5K on September 25, 2010)- Run a sub-30 5K
Run a 8K(Completed the Ridgewood Turkey Trot 8K on November 25, 2010)- Run the NC Seafood Festival Twin Bridges Road Race 8K in Carteret County, NC (This should be especially interesting considering I will have to cross the Beaufort-Morehead City high rise and the Atlantic Beach high rise. Did I mention that I detest hills?)
Run a 10K(Completed the Cooper River Bridge Run on April 2, 2011)- Run a sub-60 10K
Run the Beaufort Road Race 10K in Beaufort, NC (I used to watch people run this race when I was the fat kid. Now, I am gonna run it!)(Completed on July 16, 2011)- Run the Marine Corps Marathon 10K in Arlington, Virginia
Run a 1/2 marathon(Completed the Run for the Warriors Half Marathon on May 14, 2011)Run the Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon (Being able to run this race is what started my running training.)(Completed on February 26, 2012!)Run the OBX 1/2 Marathon in Kitty Hawk, NC(Completed on November 13, 2011)- Take a Pilate's class
Take a hot yoga class(LOVE hot yoga, and don't go nearly enough!)Wear a tankini with prideBuy and wear a pair of Joe's or Seven jeans(I tried on Joe's and Seven jeans and just didn't like the fit for my body. I found some Lucky jeans that are too die for - my first pair of non-Levi's jeans)- Take a boxing class
- Do 15 unassisted pull-ups (2 years in at CrossFit and I'm still using a band/bands!)
- Go across a set of monkey bars (I never was able to do this as a kid)
- Do 30 push-ups easily
- Do a HSPU (hand-stand push up)
- Flip a tire that's over 450# solo
- Do at least one GoRuck Tough Challenge (I loved my GoRuck Light experience in 2013!)
