Almost kicked out of yoga...

I do love attending hot yoga sessions at Arrichion.  I got to class yesterday at 3:45 p.m. yesterday with the full intent of taking my little "nap" before the session started at 4:15 p.m.  Well...fast forward a few minutes...Mary arrived and I haven't seen her in a few weeks.  So, we started to talk.  We were catching up, talking, etc.  I didn't realize we were talking loudly or disturbing other people.  A few minutes later, the teacher came in, looked at us and told us "...There should be silence in room..."  Whoops!  I thought she was gonna kick us out!  I guess I haven't paid attention in the past, but I have learned my lesson...No talking in yoga.
